Assist with pet food distribution events through Keita’s Kitchen. Volunteers help with loading supplies, setting up distribution sites, and distributing food to pet owners. Events are held four times a month, and volunteers typically work one to two hours per event.

Help with unloading and inventory of pet food shipments at ADREAM headquarters. Volunteers are needed to hand unload shipments, as the facility lacks a forklift or loading dock.

Lead guided tours of a 1700s cabin exhibit, sharing historical facts and stories about early American settlement. Volunteers should have a passion for history and strong communication skills.

Engage in one-time or infrequent trail maintenance to help preserve the natural beauty of Chattanooga's oldest wildlife sanctuaries. Volunteers will assist with tasks such as weed-eating, moving limbs, cutting vines, and laying mulch.

Applicants in this category will be expected to perform all basic functions of a Firefighter according to NFPA 1001. Firefighters will perform their duties in emergency and non-emergency settings. Firefighters will work within the department in a team environment to complete their assigned duties. Firefighters may be expected to work in a variety of work environments including: severe weather incidents, extreme hot and cold weather, hazardous atmospheres, dark and confined spaces, and other situations that may arise. Firefighters will work under the direction of a company supervisor at all times. As a member of the Medical Team, the individual will perform tasks to support the fire department and requests for service. The member will function as a member of a team and will perform duties and services based on their individual level of training and licensure as well as department and county protocols. Members will provide treatment and care during emergency and non-emergency responses. Team members will respond as part of a organized medical response program and will operate as part of the fire department.
