Assist in various roles for theatre productions, including set design, lighting, sound, and ushering. Volunteers are expected to adhere to child protection clearances and COVID-19 policies.

Assist in maintaining the health and functionality of the board by recruiting new members, conducting orientations, and evaluating board performance. Volunteers will play a key role in board development and governance.

Work with the TAFE Board and Committees to clarify TAFE’s unique identity and offerings in theatre arts, education, and community. Volunteers will help translate strategic insights into actionable plans and communications.

Support external communications, including fundraising, public relations, and marketing efforts. Volunteers will help develop strategies to enhance TAFE's public presence and funding opportunities.

Assist with internal and operational issues, including finance, programs, and facilities. Volunteers will work closely with committee members to ensure smooth operations within TAFE.

Assist in the food pantry on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Responsibilities include lifting and navigating stairs to help distribute food items.

Pick up bread on Tuesday evenings at the East York Panera or Wednesday mornings at the White Street Weis. Moderate lifting is required.

Use your truck or large automobile to help haul food and large household items a few times per month. Lifting is optional as other volunteers can assist.

Assist families by sorting clothing donations and stocking the clothing area on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or Wednesdays from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Requires climbing stairs and moderate lifting.

Help maintain the flower beds on Broad Street and raised beds at Chrystal’s Place. This opportunity is open to individuals of all ages.

Assist in distributing food to clients, particularly those who are fluent in both English and Spanish. Volunteers will help ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
