Our primary response area consists mainly of high-tech industries, large area distribution facilities, multi-story offices and hotels, a quickly growing residential area, two miles and two interchanges of Interstate Route 287. Ladder 26 serves as the primary ladder truck company for Franklin Township Fire District One and the Borough of Millstone, and responds to all fires and smoke condition calls, district-wide. Haz-Mat 26 carries bulk absorbents and provides primary defensive Haz-mat operations for Fire District One as well. In 2014 we responded to 716 calls for assistance, including fires, automatic fire alarms, motor vehicle accidents and other service calls. The time our membership devoted to training resulted in hundreds of man-hours being donated by our membership to the citizens of Franklin Township.
