As a breast cancer survivor, provide mentorship and support to newly diagnosed patients. Volunteers are matched based on diagnosis, age, gender, and location to build trust and understanding.

As a Food Sorting Volunteer, you will help sort donated food at our warehouse in Chicopee. Participants must be 16 years of age or older, and shifts are generally available Monday through Friday in the morning and Monday through Thursday in the afternoon.

Brown Bag Volunteers help at various sites throughout Western Massachusetts by setting up tables, unloading trucks, and packing grocery bags for elders. This role is essential for supporting the Brown Bag: Food for Elders program.

Farm Volunteers assist with seasonal tasks at the Food Bank Farm, including weeding, planting, and harvesting. This opportunity is available in the spring, summer, and fall, and is often a significant volunteer need.
