To protect life and property, perform emergency rescue, provide emergency medical services, fire prevention and firefighting activities. Other functions can include report writing, records management and other related duties of the position. The following duties are normal for this position. Join the Hospice of the Midwest Volunteer Team to make a positive impact on hospice patients and their families. Volunteers can assist with patient visits, personal care, and non-patient services such as office support and event marketing.

Join Whiskers TNR of Warren County at community events to help spread the word about their mission. Volunteers are needed to assist with event setup, engage with attendees, and promote the organization on social media.

Volunteers will help clients select a 3-day supply of healthy, nutritious food at the Food Pantry. Volunteers are asked to work a 2-3 hour shift and must be at least 18 years of age, passing a criminal and child and dependent adult registry check.

Volunteers provide support and advocacy for victims of crime, helping to promote healing and empowerment. Volunteers must complete an application and interview process, and be at least 18 years old.

Take dogs for grooming sessions including baths, blow-drying, and nail trimming. This typically requires a 1 to 2-hour commitment.

Assist adopters in understanding and managing various bunny behaviors, including aggression, shyness, and litter training. Experience with rabbits is required.
