Work with Dave on the restoration of the South Channel Lights. Volunteers will engage in hands-on activities to help preserve these historic structures, contributing to the ongoing restoration efforts.

Participate as a vendor at events, assisting with the sale of merchandise and providing information about the organization's mission and history. Volunteers will interact with the public and help promote the preservation efforts.

Assist in organizing and managing booths at various art fairs such as the Algonac Art Fair and 9 Mile and Mac Art Fair. Volunteers will help with setup, engage with visitors, and provide information about the South Channel Lights.

Assist with building and improving the museum, including basic carpentry, electrical work, and cleaning displays and guest areas. Volunteers are needed to help maintain the museum's facilities.

Work with staff on repairing and restoring museum-owned vehicles and displays. Volunteers will assist in preservation efforts to maintain the quality and history of the exhibits.

Assist in building a library collection of automotive literature by cataloging books, magazines, and technical manuals. Volunteers will help organize and maintain the museum's literature collection.

Help with fundraising efforts and increase awareness for the museum. Volunteers familiar with grant applications and funding searches are encouraged to assist.

Assist with the daily care of horses, including feeding, grooming, and general maintenance of the facilities. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to learn about horse rehabilitation and the responsibilities of horse ownership.

Support Susie Q’s Kids by assembling comfort bags for kids in need. These bags provide comfort to sick kids, foster kids, and those in shelters or facing challenges.
