Cage Maintenance Volunteers are responsible for cleaning cages and feeding animals. This role is essential for maintaining the health and cleanliness of the facility and requires training.

Construction Volunteers assist in building new cages and repairing old ones, as well as constructing displays for educational shows. This role requires skills in construction and repair.

Animal Pickup Personnel are involved in the on-site rescue of injured birds, often requiring physical activity to capture and transport the animals safely. Training in animal capture is provided.

Volunteers help with various gardening tasks such as weeding, spreading mulch, and installing or rejuvenating gardens. Volunteers can also participate in scheduled events that include a learning session followed by hands-on gardening work.
