Volunteers are essential to our programs and operations at Cooper Ridge Farm. Responsibilities include assisting with farm activities and supporting our therapy sessions. All volunteer applicants must be 16 years or older and will need to pass a background check and attend a volunteer orientation.

We are looking for volunteers. Fire training is a plus but is not a requirement. We will train on-site, You can train to whatever level you are comfortable with, from non-firefighting support up to interior certified firefighter. We have SC Fire Academy certified instructors on the dept and hold SCFA classes in the county quite often. We are a rural fire dept that assists our community with fire suppression, wildland firefighting, vehicle crash extrication and rescue.
