The Artist-in-Residence will work within Tenderfoot's space and mission to create original art projects. Options include sculptures, murals, or functional art that focus on sustainability and social or environmental justice.

The Web Designer-in-Residence will modernize Tenderfoot's website, improve user-friendliness, and make recommendations for new content and plug-ins.

The Graphic Designer-in-Residence will create digital and print artwork to advertise Tenderfoot's events and design materials such as t-shirts and donor thank-you cards.

The Engineer-in-Residence will assist with designing and implementing low-tech, environmentally conscious infrastructure projects, such as rainwater catchment systems and solar power solutions.
