A variety of volunteer opportunities are available at Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam. Volunteers assist in various departments, providing support to staff and enhancing patient care.

Officiate youth sports games, ensuring fair play and adherence to the rules. Referees are responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful environment during games.

Volunteer as a coach for youth sports teams, helping to develop young athletes' skills and sportsmanship. Coaches are responsible for leading practices and games, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Assist the head coach in managing youth sports teams. Duties include helping with practices, games, and ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants.

Lead and supervise children during summer camp activities. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, and fostering a fun and inclusive environment.

Manage the concessions stand during youth sports events. Responsibilities include preparing and selling food and beverages, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service.

Assist in organizing and executing special events at the YMCA, providing support in various tasks such as setup, registration, and participant coordination.

Assist with pontoon ride registration, cardboard boat regatta leadership, pontoon captains, and dock help for loading/unloading pontoons.

Assist as clinic leaders and helpers for registration, set-up, and clean-up during the Great Beaver Paddle Fest.
