Firefighters / Active Members of the Beaver Springs Fire Company actively participate in emergency operations, training, and fundraising activities. The Beaver Springs Fire Company responds to just over 100 emergency and non-emergency incidents every year. These incident types include all types of fires, vehicle accidents, rescue operations, storm clean up, assisting EMS, and much more. Training is key to safe and successful operations, which is why we offer in-house training each week. Formal training opportunities are available throughout the year for those interested in honing their skills further. We are an all-volunteer fire department that relies on donations from the public for funding. Our financial needs are met in a variety of ways. We conduct fundraising activities regularly throughout the year and we rely on our members to make these fundraisers a success. | Requirements: Prospective members must be at least 16 years old, dedicated, and willing to learn. Friendship Fire Company is a volunteer organization that provides community services for structure firefighting, hazmat operations level, rescue operations technicians level and wild land firefighting. Apparatus drivers are needed to answer all calls for driving and pump operations.
