Volunteers collect aluminum soda can tabs to support the Ronald McDonald House in Shreveport. Tabs are collected at guild meetings and delivered to the Ronald McDonald House to help fund their programs.

Volunteers sew Comfort Caps for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Ready-to-sew kits are available at guild meetings, and each cap takes about 15 minutes to complete.
