Event support volunteers assist with organizing and managing events at the UGRR History Center, including tours and educational programs. Volunteers should be organized and able to work collaboratively with others.

The Lloydsville Volunteer Fire Department is a 100% volunteer Fire Department located in Latrobe, PA. The Fire Department is part of Unity Township and covers 27 square miles of the township. The Lloydsville Fire Department runs Fire and Rescue calls and assists the local EMS agency with medical emergencies when called. We run approximately 400-450 calls per year. We are looking for dedicated individuals to serve in the following roles: Firefighter (EMT certification is not required, will pay for training if interested) Associate Members- Members who may not want to be firefighters, but would like to help with fundraising activities. We are a 100% volunteer department looking for new members to come join our team. The number of volunteers is dwindling fast and we need as much help as we can get. We respond to a wide variety of calls including Structure Fires, Vehicle Accidents, Brush Fires, EMS Assists, and Water Hauls with our tanker to assist other departments in the county when needed.
