Docents lead both scheduled publicly available tours, as well as group and school tours. They present the lakeside property to visitors, animating the many stories of this very special place.

Tour Assistants help docents with the many tours conducted at Graycliff. They assist in managing groups and ensuring a smooth tour experience.

Green Team Members help maintain the historic landscape of the grounds. They work on gardening, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance tasks.

Pavilion Help volunteers greet and check in guests, and assist in the Museum Store. Volunteers will provide a welcoming atmosphere and help manage visitor flow.

Clean Team Members help with the thoughtful upkeep and housekeeping of Graycliff's historic interiors. They ensure that the site remains clean and presentable for visitors.

A Firefighter EMT, a versatile first responder, responds to emergencies including fires, medical incidents and rescues, providing basic life support while also participating in fire suppression, rescue operations and fire prevention activities. Emergency Response: Responding to fire, medical emergencies, and other incidents. Performing fire suppression using water hoses, fire extinguishers, and other equipment. Providing basic life support (B.L.S.) care, including medical treatments, assessments, and transportation to hospitals. Participating in rescue operations, including vehicle extrication and searching for trapped individuals. Assisting with hazardous materials spills and other special situations. Firefighting: Ensuring proper ventilation and extinguishing fires. Operating fire department equipment, including pumps, aerial ladders, and other tools. Participating in fire hydrant surveys and inspections. Working with specialized equipment and apparatus for various fire situations. Preventative Services: Conducting fire safety inspections and educating the public about fire prevention. Maintenance Maintains fire department equipment and vehicles Keeps the firehouse clean and in good working order Other Duties: Maintaining records of activities and providing reports on emergency incidents.
