Manage and update the Cape Cod Bird Club's Facebook page. Responsibilities include posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting club events and activities.

Monitor and maintain bird nest boxes in designated areas. Responsibilities include checking nest boxes for activity, recording data, and ensuring the boxes are in good condition.

Assist with the technical setup and management of audio/visual equipment during club meetings and events. Responsibilities include ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and supporting presenters with their technical needs.

Participate in the selection process for awarding scholarships to youth for the Hog Island Camp. Responsibilities include reviewing applications and selecting recipients.

Assist in planning and organizing the club's December holiday party. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing RSVPs, and ensuring a successful event.

Participate in the evaluation and selection of conservation proposals for funding and support by the club. Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, attending committee meetings, and providing feedback.

Enter information into the collections database, inventory the collection, research biographical information, and process archival collections.

Assist in researching the town's history in response to public inquiries and to support exhibits or other interpretative projects. Help with exhibit planning and cataloging new accessions.

Maintain plantings around the Meeting House and assist with maintenance projects. Help with event set-up and breakdown, and provide customer service to guests.

Help promote special events and programs around town and online. Assist in developing new programs and promoting museum offerings to the community.
