The Tramway Rural Fire Department is located in southern Lee County North Carolina. Our department was established in 1953 and serves a population of approx. 6,553 citizens within a 26.67sq mile area. We are curently rated by ISO as a 5/9 and provide Structural Firefighting, Airport Firefighting, and Wildland Firefighting along with Haz-Mat Operations, Technical Rescue and EMS First Responders.
