Volunteer Firefighter, Duties include but not limited to: (Training provided) Respond to fire alarms and extinguisher fires Operating apparatus Extinguishing both structure and wildland fires Respond to and render assistance in emergency cases Keep fire station, equipment and grounds in a clean and orderly condition Participate in training activities and instruction sessions Acquire and retain a thorough knowledge of the district, including streets, buildings, water supply, unusual hazards and related items Perform various public information or education tasks | Requirements: Respond to calls per district policy Live in district Must have valid Colorado drivers license Must be at least 21 years old or older Must pass a background check Must pass a physical/Lift and carry 50+lbs Attend monthly meetings Attend monthly training | Categories: Firefighter
