The Saint Hedwig Fire Department (E.S.D. 12) is actively seeking volunteers to join our department. We are a small but growing community that is east of San Antonio. We run out of one station covering around 59 square miles. We provide mutual aid to the surrounding areas which are also E.S.D.’s and county departments that run with volunteer firefighters. We are currently accepting applications for volunteer positions. Below are the minimum and preferred qualifications for both positions.
