We are currently looking for High School Students who are age 16 or older who are willing to join our ranks and learn what it takes to be a firefighter. We provide weekly training opportunities and many different opportunities for outside certifications. Hamilton Township Volunteer Fire Department was founded in 1972, it is a family oriented fire department. We have several plants in our area, as well as many acres of forestry, a small village and an active township. We are always open to new members, meetings are every Monday at 6pm. Volunteers are needed to walk dogs at the vet’s office from Tuesday to Friday. Volunteers will be provided with a slip-lead, collar, leash, and treats. Dogs are available for walks between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.
