Every day, Firefighters and Emergency Medical Technicians throughout our country are protecting lives and property. Our fire department responds to all kinds of emergency situations each year. On fire calls, our firefighters are prepared with personal protective equipment, communications equipment, thermal imaging equipment, etc. All of this equipment combined with the proper training allows our firefighters to safely and effectively perform their duties in emergency situations. Not only will you contain fire situations and get to assist in emergency medical calls, but you will also mitigate automobile accidents and utility emergencies. You may help in flooding situations, mass casualty incidentts and other emergencys.
