Fire Department Support Member - Must be at least 18 years of age. Willing to participate in meetings, fundraising events, training, work details, and on-scene participation with no live fire or recovery hazardous situation participation. Full-time volunteers support members will identify as volunteer fire staff with limited non-hazardous duties. Previous or current Georgia state-certified firefighters will be eligible for Georgia Firefighter vehicle tags. Junior Firefighters - Must be at least 14 years of age and be approved by the city chief. A parent's consent and liability waiver must be signed and notarized. Jr. Firefighters must be mature enough to responsibly function in an area with boundary supervision.
