Assist in organizing and managing various aspects of the Annual Day event, including audio setup, photo booth, reception, stage decoration, and food distribution. Volunteers will work in teams to ensure the event runs smoothly and successfully.

Assist in cleaning up the KVMS auditorium after events, ensuring the space is left in good condition. Volunteers will work together to efficiently complete the clean-up process.

Help set up the area for Kolam competitions, including arranging materials and ensuring the space is ready for participants. Volunteers will work with a team to facilitate the smooth running of the competition.

The Lisbon Volunteer Fire Department is currently seeking individuals who want to serve in our community as volunteer Firefighters and Emergency Medical Responders. Many people volunteer for different reasons. Some people join for the action, they enjoy the excitement and adrenaline rush that EMS offers. Some feel that helping people in the community in their time of need is fulfilling while others feel it’s their obligation to serve the community. Others just want to belong to a team. LFVC offers many challenging situations from fires to motor vehicle accidents to sick and/or injured people. Your skills may be needed day or night, seven days a week, in any kind of weather, and very often under stressful and emotional circumstances. Yet these factors contribute to our profession being so personally rewarding. The personal rewards are many. Your sense of accomplishment when you help a sick person or help control a fire or perform a successful extrication at a motor vehicle accident, as a result of your training with us, will be beyond description. Your participation as a volunteer of LVFC will bring personal rewards and satisfaction, raise self esteem, and provide you with a sense of accomplishment and pride for a job well done.
