Museum Store Greeters welcome visitors to the store and assist them in finding items to purchase. This role involves showing jewelry, assisting with merchandise, and providing information about iconic Japanese items sold in the store.

Summer Tour Plus is a program for teens where volunteers assist with presentations and hands-on projects for children's groups. Volunteers must be at least 15 years old and available for a minimum of two days a week during the program.

The Yamato-Kan Greeter provides a warm welcome to visitors at the original museum and introduces them to new exhibits. Basic knowledge of the visitor’s guide and Yamato Colony history is necessary, with training provided.

As an Admissions Assistant, you will help with the placement of wristbands on incoming visitors and provide basic visitor information. This position requires good communication skills and a friendly attitude.

As a Membership Assistant, you will assist with membership check-in and wristbands, while acquiring general knowledge of record-keeping procedures. This position is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Help preserve and protect the bonsai collection by working outside year-round and assisting with various tasks involved in the care of the collection. This position requires a willingness to work every Friday morning from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to promote the organization's mission. Photographers are also needed to capture events and activities.

Marketing support volunteers help spread the word about Orchid City concerts and events, alert the public, and engage in outreach activities to promote the organization.

Concert ambassador volunteers provide excellent customer service, assist guests with seat inquiries, and distribute programs while greeting patrons during concerts and events.

Librarian assistant volunteers help organize library resources related to music, ensure materials are available to the musical director and band members, and manage musical inventory.

Multimedia support volunteers assist with running welcome and announcement slides on video screens before and after concerts and during intermission. Volunteers should be able to read music and execute prompts on a call sheet.

The ticket taker volunteer greets Orchid City patrons and scans their tickets for each performance or event. Volunteers are expected to provide excellent customer service.

Assist in organizing and executing community events such as charity golf tournaments and bingo nights. Responsibilities include event setup, guest assistance, and coordination with charity partners.
