Spring Creek Volunteer Fire Department is looking for community members that want to protect our community from fire and medical emergencies. We strive to maintain a group of individuals who learn and grow together while ensuring the safety of our community. We are looking for members to become Volunteer Firefighters, Support Firefighters, or Auxiliary Members. We believe there is a role for anyone who wants to help protect their community. That role could be anything actively responding to emergencies, driving tankers to and from fires to bring water, helping keep our equipment maintained, or even volunteering to cook dinner during meeting nights. We encourage anyone who wants to help our community join us! | Requirements: 18 years of age or older by the completion of initial training No felony convictions within the last 10 years No felony convictions involving a violent crime or domestic violence The ability to meet initial training requirements within 18 months of membership The ability to meet continuing education requirements as required by the state of Georgia Live or work within the response area of Spring Creek Volunteer Fire Department | Categories: Department Support, Other, Fundraising, Firefighter
