Stewart County Fire Rescue (SCFR) is looking for entry level volunteer firefighters. Don't worry if you don't have a firefighter background because our volunteers are very diverse and come from all walks of life. We will provide all the training and equipment at no cost to you. Volunteers will engage with and care for the animals residing at the sanctuary, providing them with much-needed love and attention. Responsibilities may include feeding, bathing, walking, or spending quality time with the animals to help them feel loved and secure.
