Earle Fire is a volunteer fire department. Earle Fire proudly protects a community with a population of around 2,500 city square miles around 3.25 and Crittenden County of around 60+ Square Miles. Our mission is to protect and save lives, property, and the environment from the adverse effects of fires, illness, accidents, natural disasters, and many other hazards. This position requires a great deal of teamwork, especially when fighting active fires. Often, Volunteer Firefighters use the position to gain experience to become professional firefighters. Volunteer Firefighters usually work under the supervision of a fire chief or company officer. Most volunteer opportunities are found in municipal fire departments, but a Volunteer Firefighter may also work for a private or public ambulance service. | Requirements: Possess High School Diploma or GED.
