The Genetic Genealogy Director monitors changes in DNA access laws, advancements in genealogy research, and terms of service affecting genealogy website users.

The Treasurer keeps accurate accounts of all financial transactions, works with the Membership Director to maintain a membership list, and submits financial reports at meetings. They also prepare filings required by state and federal agencies.

The Advancement Director raises funds to support the Corporation, identifies growth opportunities, and maintains a list of supporters. They plan support campaigns in coordination with officers and directors.

The Secretary keeps accurate minutes of all meetings, provides copies to the Executive Board, and notifies members of meetings. They maintain a file of the Corporation’s correspondence and ensure proper distribution of mail.

The Civil Records Director acts as the Corporation’s representative at legislative and administrative hearings, recommends policies, and files reports on actions taken. They coordinate with the Records Preservation and Access Committee.

The Archives Director is responsible for the custody and preservation of the Corporation’s records and maintains an inventory of all legal documents and property.

Volunteers provide support for cleaning the animals’ living quarters, stalls, and paddocks, and assist with direct animal care. Volunteers also help during events and with facility maintenance and improvements.
