Participates in the preplanning of buildings and hazards. * Perform general maintenance and cleaning of fire & rescue facilities, trucks, and equipment. * Provide programs to the community about safety, first aid, accident & illness prevention and fire prevention. * Participate in natural disaster operations to protect people and property during blizzards and hurricanes. * Teach others to be firefighters and EMS providers.
