We go on approx. 500 calls for service a year all over the Town of Branford as well as I-95 & sometimes provide mutual aid to our neighboring towns. Assist with online fundraising efforts and grant writing to support Tail to Paw's mission of helping pet owners in need. Volunteers will engage in creative fundraising strategies and help secure grants to fund the organization's programs.

Gather donations of helpful items and distribute them to pet owners in need within the community. Volunteers will coordinate collection efforts and ensure timely distribution to those who require assistance.

Join the tech crew to assist with lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of theatre productions. Volunteers will gain hands-on experience in theatre technology.

Assist with welcoming guests, managing ticketing, and ensuring smooth operations during performances. Volunteers will play a key role in enhancing audience experience.

Engage with the community to promote upcoming productions and events. Volunteers will help in distributing promotional materials and raising awareness about CCT's mission.

Support the construction team in building and setting up stage designs for various productions. Volunteers should be comfortable with basic tools and physical tasks.

Help expand Kallos' reach by distributing literature, such as hanging posters and delivering brochures to venues. Volunteers will also assist with photography and graphic design tasks.

Transport volunteers help by transporting rabbits to and from vet appointments and picking up or dropping off donations. Volunteers will join a network to assist with these tasks as needed.

Assist in providing support and resources to individuals and families facing homelessness, extreme poverty, and domestic violence. Volunteers will work closely with professional social workers and therapists to help bring wholeness and dignity to those in need.

Senior Volunteers are responsible for opening and closing the facility, conducting daily safety checks, overseeing other volunteers, and leading in emergency situations. They must have a minimum of 4 months experience with the rescue.

Inspire and guide a young male on his journey to success through meaningful mentorship. Volunteers will engage in one-on-one mentorship, participate in leadership and character-building activities, and facilitate group sessions fostering camaraderie and growth.

Volunteers will assist in coordinating efforts at local food pantries and soup kitchens to help distribute food to those in need. Responsibilities include organizing food supplies, serving meals, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Assist with scuba diving programs, including equipment maintenance, instruction support, and event organization. Volunteers will gain valuable experience in scuba diving and improve their diving skills.

As a Bunny Concierge, you will attend to the daily needs of our shelter rabbits. Responsibilities include conducting safety and health checks, cleaning rabbit pens, boxes, and bowls, as well as feeding, grooming, socializing, and playing with the bunnies.

Join our programs and events to help women in Connecticut gain access to essential resources. Volunteers will assist in organizing events, distributing resources, and spreading awareness about our mission.

Join us in bringing Christmas cheer through door-to-door caroling in the Greater New Haven County Area. Volunteers will sing Christmas carols and engage with the community to spread joy and hope during the holiday season.

Volunteers will participate in clean-up dives, habitat restoration projects, and scientific research to contribute to marine conservation efforts. This role involves hands-on experience in scuba diving and environmental stewardship.

Engage in the Sound School Reef Program, focusing on restoring oyster reefs in New Haven Harbor. Volunteers will construct artificial reefs, cultivate oysters, and conduct scientific research on marine ecosystems.
