Firefighter's are responsible for responding to FIRES, ACCIDENTS, many SERVICE related incidents, maintaining equipment and apparatus, attending meetings, and teaching our community about fire safety and promoting our programs. Join the Boys o’ Summer team to tackle various jobs and tasks necessary to keep Alden looking beautiful. This team meets most Mondays through the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Help keep Alden's hanging plants and other planted areas beautiful all summer long. Volunteers are assigned one day per week to water these areas using the Alden Volunteer’s golf cart.

Maintain several small landscaping and potted areas throughout Alden. Each member is assigned a specific area to weed, prune, and plant as needed, ensuring these areas remain pristine.

Join one of our four committee groups: Finance, Outreach/Education, Museum Operations, or Communication. Volunteers will help with tasks such as creating budgets, organizing artifacts, digitizing records, and promoting the museum.
