As a moderator, you will approve or reject messages flagged for moderation, respond to member emails, and manage group activity to ensure a positive experience. This role requires some computer skills and a few spare minutes each day to dedicate to moderating the group.

Join the Help Team to assist Freecycle members with website issues, such as forgotten passwords and login difficulties. This role requires a commitment to checking messages at least once a day, several days a week, and a desire to help others.

Process requests from members wanting to start new Town groups, ensuring viability and handling all aspects of new Town setup. This role requires good internet research skills and familiarity with Freecycle.org guidelines.

Help promote The Freecycle Network on social media platforms by creating posts and engaging with followers. Team members are expected to create 1-2 new posts per week and check platforms regularly to respond to messages.

Assist in organizing and managing community events and shows hosted by Stockton Well Keystones. Volunteers will help with event setup, coordination, and participant engagement.

Volunteers at Cali_FID Parrot & Exotics Rescue Sanctuary assist in the care and rehabilitation of exotic animals such as parrots, turtles, snakes, and lizards. Responsibilities include feeding, cleaning enclosures, and providing enrichment activities.

Assist with the physical setup for rehearsals and concerts, ensuring all materials are in place.

Assist with clerical work and organize physical music materials for the chorus.

Arrange ticket distribution and sales for concerts, ensuring smooth transactions.

Arrange social activities for chorus members to foster community and camaraderie.

Assist with managing and supervising singers during concert settings.

Review and assess scholarship applications to support deserving chorus members.

Coordinate facilities and communicate with on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.

Attend rehearsals and provide assistance as needed to support the choir and its members.

Assist with student registration and respond to inquiries from parents and members.

Coordinate the distribution and upkeep of uniforms for choir members.

Work to secure donations, grants, and general funding to support the chorus's activities.

Coordinate lobby receptions before and after concerts to ensure a welcoming environment.

Volunteers will engage in programs and projects aimed at empowering community members to become agents of change. Responsibilities include organizing and participating in educational and supply distribution events, and promoting social justice and sustainability.
