Assist in building and painting sets for productions. This role involves using carpentry and painting skills to create the physical environment for performances.

Assist with setting up and taking down concessions during productions, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the front-of-house operations during performances. Responsibilities include managing ushers, handling any issues that arise, and ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.

Organize and maintain the storage area, ensuring all materials and props are properly stored and accessible.

Help prepare mailings for distribution, supporting the theatre's communication and outreach efforts.

Prepare baked goods to be sold at concessions during productions. This role supports the theatre by providing refreshments for attendees.

Assist in seating patrons and ensuring they have a pleasant experience during performances. Ushers help guide attendees to their seats and provide general assistance as needed.

Assist with raising awareness about Down syndrome and GiGi’s Playhouse in the community. Can include social media planning, content creation, website and newsletter editing, graphic design, and media outreach, including press releases.

Assist or lead activities for participants in different age groups. Opportunities include fitness (GiGiFIT), cooking (GiGi Kitchen), social programs, and tutoring in math or literacy.

Facilitate workshops and sessions focusing on teaching sustainable life skills through Biblical principles. Volunteers will work with adults to set goals, reduce barriers, and advance in life.

Assist in providing resources and support to those in need within the community. Help empower individuals to gain confidence and fulfill their God-given potential.

Work with youth to cultivate awareness of their value and purpose in life. Create a safe space for youth to express themselves and expand their outlook on life's opportunities.

Assist with various events such as fundraisers, Yappie hour Mutts 'N Meets, and pop-up adoption events. Volunteers will help with setup, coordination, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

Assist with providing essential clothing and toiletries to walk-ins. Help with group sessions and evening programming aimed at inspiring, healing, and empowering young ladies. Participate in the summer garden and cooking series.

For arts, culture, youth, family and special events, we appreciate volunteers who greet/register guests, help facilitate activities, help setup and take down, and other duties as needed.

Support participants in our programs for adults and youth with disabilities. Volunteers help participants board/deboard buses, assist program leaders, and ensure participants are present and engaged.

Help us get our garden beds in shape for the season. Our gardens are used as educational tools for Gan Ami students and produce grown is donated to the Jewish Community Pantry.

Join the land team every Wednesday from 10 am to 12 pm to work on the grounds. Volunteers will assist with maintaining the landscape and ensuring the garden's natural beauty is preserved.

Assist in providing art therapy services to individuals and groups under the supervision of licensed professionals. Responsibilities include setting up art materials, supporting clients during sessions, and helping with community outreach programs.

Join a committee to help shape and support Wisconsin Craft as it grows. Volunteers will assist in planning new events that promote and build interest in fine craft throughout the state.
