We are looking for people who like to serve the community. Must be responsible, and ready to learn new things. We are a small rural fire department with 5 trucks. We have a good group of guys who are ready to help you learn. Our Township will buy you the books you need and will pay mileage to and from classes that are essential to becoming a firefighter. We also will supply PPE (personal protective equipment). We also have a cadet program (age 16-18yrs) for those who want to get a head start into firefighting or want to see what it's all about. | Requirements: If you are not already certified (FF1 OR FF2) you will be required to take and pass state testing within two years after signing on as a new recruit.
