As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will welcome customers to our luxury consignment stores and help them find the items they are looking for. Volunteers will work under the direction of the Store Manager to maintain a customer-focused environment and learn about sales and luxury brands.

Join us in assembling care packages for children, families, veterans, and others in need. This is a fantastic way to support the community while having fun with your family or group.

Volunteers are needed to crochet or knit hats and scarves from machine-washable yarn, labeled with a size. These items will be used in the Gifting with Gratitude program to support people in need.

Active volunteers help at various events throughout the year, including plant sales, village events, and habitat workdays. Responsibilities may include manning booths, assisting with event logistics, and engaging with the community.

Assist with the Sustainable Yard Tour by helping manage the event and guiding participants through various sustainable yards. Volunteers will help share information about sustainable practices.

Volunteers with skills in communications and marketing are needed to assist with outreach efforts, including managing social media, newsletters, and publicity for Go Green Wilmette.

High school students with an interest in design and technology are encouraged to apply to be an Innovation Center Teen Volunteer. Volunteers will assist with room upkeep, cleaning, and inventory while exploring the Innovation Center's equipment.

Apply to join our Teen Advisory Board for a one-year term. Help make decisions for the Library and plan events for teens. The application is available from November 1-30, and the new Board will be notified on December 15.
