The Green Brook Fire Department has been providing fire protection and rescue services to the residents and visitors to the Township of Green Brook since 1928. Volunteering at Moms Helping Moms is fun and rewarding! Join us in our air-conditioned/heated warehouse in Warren Township, Somerset County, to sort baby clothes, count diapers, and repackage loose diapers. We welcome individual volunteers, ages 14+, to help out in our warehouse on many weekdays.

Volunteers under 14 or those preferring off-site projects can host supply drives, create literacy flashcards, or collect and sort clothing. These activities support MHM's mission from various locations.

Different list of member you can be. Cadet Member– A person who is between the ages of 16 and 17 years old. You will be issued gear like anyone else. Our Cadet members are taught self-confidence, leadership, discipline, respect, responsibility and firefighter skills. You are allowed to help the firefighters with equipment and partake in training with them. You can also go on fire calls. Probationary Member– An individual who is over 18 years old. Has not gone to or finished fire academy. This member can help check equipment, go on fire calls and partake in training. Once you get your firefighter 1 certificate you will then become an active member.
