We are 1/3 of the Hamlin Morton Walker Fire District providing 100% volunteer firefighting and emergency first response medical service to the Town of Hamlin. We need your help in various positions but not limited too firefighter, EMS provider, support staff, and fundraiser help. Volunteers are needed to update the pet database, scan and enter vet paperwork, and add photos to profiles. This work is done at the shelter on a weekly basis, with training provided.

Volunteers are needed to transport cats to and from veterinary appointments. Volunteers can sign up for available times and dates to provide transportation.

Volunteers are needed for repair work, physical reorganization, or heavy-duty cleaning at the shelter. This is an 'on call' position on an 'as needed' basis.

Assist with the care and maintenance of the Brockport Community Garden. Volunteers are welcome to help out anytime from dawn to dusk without an appointment.

Participate in group workdays at the Brockport Community Garden. Volunteers should contact ECFCO to schedule a workday for large groups or those wishing to work with others.

Volunteers are needed to serve in the Hospitality area, assist vendors by giving them breaks from their booths, help vendors unload and load their materials, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the festival.
