Help design and construct accessible ramps for local residents confined to their homes. Work involves field verification, securing materials, and construction to meet residents' needs and code requirements.

Assist in organizing and managing art events, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for attendees. Volunteers will help set up, guide visitors, and support artists during events.

Join the team on off-site visits to various facilities and events, assisting with the care and handling of the therapy horses during their interactions with the community.

Help decorate the barn for various seasons and holidays, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere for visitors and therapy sessions.

Assist with daily barn chores including feeding, cleaning stalls, and general maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment for the therapy horses.

Help prepare the miniature therapy horses for events by bathing and grooming them, ensuring they are clean and presentable for their therapeutic visits.

Participate in semi-annual clean-up events to maintain the barn and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both horses and visitors.

Welcome visitors to the farm and assist with educational tours, helping guests learn about horse care and the benefits of equine therapy.

The Brandon Fire Department is currently accepting applications for Paid-on-Call Firefighters, Basic EMT, and Paramedics. This part time position responds to alarms and requests for service, acts in emergencies such as storms, medical emergencies, extinguishment of fires, and performs service work as directed.
