Teens and adults can sign up to help at the library on a limited or regular basis by filling out a Volunteer Application. Volunteers may be called upon for various tasks as needed by the library.

Help develop the membership process and expand the Rush Historical Society's membership in the town. Volunteers will work under the guidance of the Membership Committee Chair.

Assist the Town Historian in planning the annual tree lighting, caroling, and refreshments at the Udicious Pavilion in December. Volunteers will help organize and execute the event.

Volunteers will assist in the operation of the food pantry, helping to distribute food to those in need. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, organizing food items, and assisting clients during pantry hours.

Keeping the sanctuary clubhouse and grounds usable is an ongoing project. Tasks include keeping the mower running, fixing a broken doorknob, and scheduling chimney inspections and gutter cleanings.
