Pick up food supplies from area grocery stores and deliver them to the pantry. Volunteers with a truck are especially needed for this role.

Deliver food supplies to clients who are unable to attend distribution days in person. This role involves driving and interacting with clients to ensure they receive their needed supplies.

Assist in distributing food supplies to clients during scheduled food distribution days. Volunteers may also help with organizing and managing the distribution process.

Assist with trail improvements and maintenance at Springton Manor Farm. Volunteers meet once or twice a month from spring to fall, as members are available. The team is currently on hold, hoping to restart pending County help.

Work to organize and preserve the historical files and materials at Springton Manor Farm. Members meet when available.

Work to improve and maintain the Victorian and butterfly gardens at Springton Manor Farm. Weeding Wednesdays are held on the first Wednesday of the month, from May to October.

Join our team as a first responder handling nearly 200 calls for service a year. We operate out of one station in rural Pennsylvania with a rescue pumper, engine, brush truck and utility truck. We have 25 active personnel and are looking for more to assist in our mission. Upon graduation, each certified canine therapy team is assigned a location to volunteer based on the dog's temperament and the handler's preferences. Volunteers work in schools, hospitals, and veteran facilities, providing support and companionship to those in need.

Volunteers will mentor children affected by parental incarceration by providing music lessons and ensemble training. Volunteers will work with qualified music instructors to support the students' musical and personal development.

Serve as a visitor center greeter and tour guide, providing educational tours and information to visitors. Volunteers will help enhance the visitor experience by sharing knowledge about the museum's exhibits.

Engage in carpentry tasks such as creating displays and general maintenance. Volunteers will also assist with electrical work and grounds gardening to maintain the museum's infrastructure.

Assist with school groups and programs, and contribute to research and exhibition development. Volunteers will help demonstrate military computers and design educational materials.

Engage in social media, blogging, and graphic design to promote the museum. Volunteers will help with photography and video projects to enhance the museum's public image.
