A Volunteer firefighter is a trained and dedicated individual who serves their community by responding to emergency calls and providing firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical services. Volunteer Fire Fighting is a demanding and rewarding profession requiring high physical fitness, dedication, and commitment. Volunteer Firefighters must be able to think quickly, make sound decisions under pressure, and work well as part of a team.
