Assist in crafting and disseminating communications to promote the orchestra's events and programs to the community.

Participate in community events to promote the orchestra and its programs, helping to build relationships and awareness.

Maintain and update the youth orchestra's website to ensure information is current and accessible to the public.

Help organize and maintain the orchestra's music library to ensure easy access to sheet music and resources.

Assist the youth orchestra by capturing photos during events and performances to help document and promote the organization's activities.

Help manage and create content for the youth orchestra's social media platforms to increase engagement and visibility.

Assist in researching and writing grant proposals to secure funding for the orchestra's programs and initiatives.

Assist in monitoring students during rehearsals and events to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Support the orchestra by organizing and participating in fundraising activities to help secure financial resources for the organization's programs.

Essential Job Functions Response to Alarms Responds to fire alarms with company; connects hoses; manipulates nozzle to direct water streams; raises and secures ladders; uses other equipment as needed. Through the use of firefighting techniques performs hazardous tasks under emergency conditions which may involve strenuous exertion under such handicaps as smoke and cramped surroundings. Assists in removing persons from danger; administering BLS to injured persons; performs salvage operations, such as deploying salvage covers, and the removal of water and debris. Supervised Training Learns about equipment and its maintenance, and cleans and maintains stations. Participate in fire drills and attends classes in firefighting, first aid and related subjects. Maintenance Work On occasion, performs general maintenance work in the upkeep of Fire Department property. Washes, dries and rolls hose; washes and cleans apparatus.
