One who engages and extinguishes a variety of fires. Applicant will be trained how to properly extinguish all types of fires while wearing all safety gear. The applicant will be trained in various scenarios stemming from previous calls in order to be well rounded with knowledge and experience. | Requirements: New members will attend an 88 hour Firefighter Level-1 Certification course to achieve the title Firefighter. The course is designed to the standards as Firefighter 1001 Basic Class through the MS Fire Academy.
