The Kingfield Fire Department seeks paid volunteers to support the department's mission to protect Life, Property, and the Environment. Roles within the department range from scene support to direct emergency mitigation. Opportunities include, but are not limited to, certified firefighter, EMT, apparatus driver, and apparatus and equipment operator. Kingfield Fire Department is an all-hazards response organization, responding to emergencies such as forest fires, car accidents, back country rescues, medical emergencies, haz-mat incidents, and structure fires. Our "first due" response area includes Kingfield and parts of Freeman Township, and Salem Township as well as mutual aid provided to all surrounding municipalities. If you have a desire to serve your community as a first responder, your Kingfield Fire Department would be proud to serve with you.
