Our main source of grant money is the Recreational Trails Program (RTP), but we need additional grant sources for bike park projects, trail marking, equipment, infrastructure, etc.

Deliver Shabbat/holiday bags or provide transportation to our local Holocaust survivors, twin with a survivor to share their story with the greater community, and participate in other programs to keep their stories alive.

Contribute unique skills remotely to support The Seeing Eye's mission. Volunteers can work from home for a few hours per week.

Friendly Visitors are matched with a homebound older adult to provide conversation, companionship, and socialization opportunities. Volunteers meet with the older adult weekly in their home.

Tessie's Touch volunteers engage in activities and excursions with isolated older adults, enhancing their social connections. Volunteers must submit to a background check and commit to 1 hour weekly.

Provide free assistance to Medicare beneficiaries with questions about health insurance. Volunteers are trained to help with claims and evaluate insurance options.

Reading Buddies engages older adult volunteers in promoting childhood literacy in public schools. Volunteers read to the same small group of students each week throughout the school year.

The Caregiver Respite Program offers respite to caregivers in the community. Volunteers visit loved ones of caregivers regularly, providing supervision and safety, allowing caregivers to take a break.
