Knoxville Fire Department Paid-On-Call Firefighter/EMT The Knoxville Fire Department is taking applications for Paid-On-Call positions. This position is an entry level position for Knoxville residents that have a desire to provide an awesome service for the community. We are looking for Knoxville residents that are good natured, excellent work ethic, good morals with integrity. To be successful as a Knoxville firefighter/EMT you MUST be a good person! We will provide the training necessary to obtain the certifications of Firefighter I and EMT. You just have to be willing to sacrifice the time and energy required to study and pass the tests. This is an opportunity to become a member of an elite team and experience the comradery of a Fire Department that is NOT experienced in any other kind of organization!
