The Ward 6 Fire Protection District #1 is search for individuals with a little more to give. The department is staffed by volunteer firefighters and we need you. Volunteering as little as 5 hours per week can provide you an introduction to the fire service. Training, responding to emergencies, and of course the acceptance into the brother or sisterhood of firefighting will instill the skills you need to give back to your community.
