Work at the Grant County Research Center to organize and maintain historical documents, assist visitors with genealogical research, and support the digitization of records. Volunteers will gain experience in archival practices and historical research.

Assist with the operation of the Grant County History Museum by helping with exhibits, guiding visitors, and participating in special events. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to engage in historical research and preservation activities.

The primary function of a Fennimore Firefighter is to protect the community from disaster situations, including house and building fires, and promote an environment of public safety within the Fennimore Fire District. This position also participates in fire prevention and inspection activities, equipment maintenance, and training dealing with all phases of fire suppression, prevention, inspection, rescue and emergency operation. | Requirements: Essential Functions are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills. Museum Store Clerks assist visitors with purchases, manage inventory, and provide information about the museum's exhibits and programs.

Office Assistants help with administrative tasks such as social media management, data entry, and general office work to support the museum's operations.

Assist with the planning and execution of museum events and programs, including seasonal festivals, workshops, and educational activities.

Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the museum's buildings and grounds, including gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.

Assist with the care and management of the museum's collections, including cataloging, preservation, and research tasks.

Tour Guides lead visitors through the museum and the historic Bevans Lead-Zinc Mine, providing engaging and informative tours about the local mining history and cultural heritage.
