As a Sunshine Volunteer, you will help make a difference in the lives of isolated and lonely seniors by providing daily reassurance calls. The program runs seven days a week, and volunteers are particularly needed to make calls on Sundays between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.

Organize a drive to collect hygiene kits or school supplies for underserved communities. Volunteers will coordinate the collection and distribution of donated items.

Join YoungHeart Innovators every Tuesday to serve hot, nutritious meals to the homeless. Volunteers are expected to show up with love and consistency to help those without shelter.

The Wildlife-Saving Heroes Teen Leadership Program empowers teens aged 14–17 to develop leadership skills, engage with Zoo guests, and contribute meaningfully to wildlife conservation. Participants are expected to commit to year-round participation and complete a minimum of 80 volunteer hours per year, along with attending special events and training sessions.

Join the Teen Advisory Board to provide input on library programs and services for teens. Volunteers will collaborate with peers and library staff to enhance teen engagement and activities.

Assist with the Homeschool Adventures program, helping to engage children in educational activities and explorations. Volunteers will work with library staff to facilitate learning experiences for participants.

Help facilitate a training session for teens on Hands-Only CPR and AED use. Volunteers will assist in setting up the event and supporting participants during the training.
