Brookhaven Fire Company have Training Drills every Tuesday starting at 6:30pm and hold General Meetings every 2nd Tuesday of each month. Types of Memberships There are several types of memberships: Fire- (Firefighter, Junior Firefighter) EMS-(First Responder,EMT) Contributing Member-They are not active firefighters and/or EMTs. Quite often, these people are retired lawyers, accountants, or other professionals that have the desire to keep their skills sharp while volunteering their time. Several of our Our Fire and EMS members are professionally trained in their respective fields and will work alongside their career company counterparts. Contributing members are non-emergency personnel that assist the company with fund raising and administrative responsibilities.
