Payne Volunteer Fire Department is looking for persons aged 18-40 who have the Desire to Serve, the Courage to Act, and the Ability to Perform the duties of a firefighter. | Requirements: - Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. - Must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 nights of training per month. We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month for mandatory in house training. Additional training will be required based on department and community needs. - Previous fire training and/or experience is welcomed, but not required.
